  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I do reside personally upon my Cure, & in my Parsonage House. & have done so from the time of my Institution.

  2. Other benefices: No. Thank God & your Lordship.

  3. Divine service at other churches: No.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Twice on the Lord's day, with a Sermon in the morning.

  5. Frequency of communion: Five times a year at Easter & the Sunday following - Whitsunday, Michaelmas & Christmas.

  6. Catechising of children: From Whitsunday to Mic[haelma]s.

  7. Church fabric: In good repair - all things decent.

  8. Glebe terrier: I have a Terrier.

  9. Number of families: One hundred & fifty more or less.

  10. Chapels: No.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: No Papists nor Dissenters.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: A Publick School duly manag'd, no Library.

  13. Charity: The late Mrs Pincombe left eight pounds a year to be distributed to four poor people annually at Xtmas & ten pounds a year to a schoolmaster & Mrs [i.e. mistress] - duly applied.
